# Backups

## Backups /data

   Backups are available only for projects with the "Starter Plus" tariff plan and higher.

The service creates and stores backups of the /data folder for the last two days.

Downloading a backup occurs in two stages:
1. Preparation. We download and archive your backup.
2. Download. After successful preparation, the "Download" button will become active, and you can download the backup.

Errors may occur during backup preparation, in which case the icon will turn red. Try preparing the backup again.

After successful preparation, the backup will be available for download within two hours, if you did not have time to download it, then re-prepare it.
