Top up your account¶
Attention
If you do not have a Russian card and are using a foreign card, you should use Mastercard and top up with an amount of 1000 rubles or more. Russian maps are supported without restrictions. If you encounter difficulties when replenishing, write to support@amverum.com. We will definitely help.
Account replenishment for legal entities¶
To top up your account via bank transfer, send your organization details and username by email support@amverum.ru
We will issue an invoice against which payment can be made.
Enrollment is made within two working days after receipt of payment.
Closing documents are sent quarterly by Russian Post.
Account replenishment for individuals¶
Amverum uses a prepaid operating model, therefore, to ensure uninterrupted operation of containers, it is necessary to top up the balance in advance. To do this, on the [Balance] page (https://cloud.amverum.ru/balance) you need to use the balance replenishment form.
Specify the amount by which you want to top up your balance. An integer value in rubles is allowed. After that, click the “Top up” button. You will be taken to the payment page for the Robokassa service.
Enter your payment information and click the «Pay» button. If you change your mind, you can click on the «Amverum Cloud» link in the upper left corner of the screen, or simply close the payment page.
If payment is successful, you will be redirected to a page with a list of projects. By this point, the payment may have already gone through and it will be reflected in your balance. However, due to the specifics of bank transfers, the money may arrive later. If the payment has not arrived within 15 minutes, contact Amverum support to find out why.
Promo codes¶
If you have a promotional code for our Amverum service, then before replenishing your balance you must enter the promotional code in the appropriate field and only then click the “Top up” button.
Connecting auto payment¶
Balance tracking and manual replenishment through the interface can be inconvenient, so it is possible to enable automatic payment for a given amount on the Balance page.
How does this work
When replenishing your balance, you check the “Autopayment” checkbox. It is disabled by default to avoid accidental subscriptions.
Set the maximum number of payments per month. This is necessary to ensure that no more than a certain amount is written off.
Top up your balance by N rubles.
When your balance gets close to 0, an auto-replenishment is made from the linked card in an amount equal to the amount of the last replenishment. If you top up your balance with 500 rubles. when linking auto payment, when the balance reaches near zero, 500 rubles will be debited, but not more than the specified limit in total.
If you want to disable the auto payment you have connected, simply delete it on the «Balance» page with one button.
Important
We do not store card data on our side. All data necessary for repeated transactions is stored on the side of the Robokassa payment system.
Write-offs¶
Amverum debits funds from the user’s account for each running container. Per-minute billing is used, however, the write-off occurs once per hour or at the time the resource is deleted.
Detailing¶
Details of write-offs and credits are on the [Balance] page (https://cloud.amverum.ru/balance). Using the switch, you can separately view write-offs or credits for the selected period.
